The office made contact with me quickly after leaving a message. They arraigned the schedule to get to me same day since both my daughter's and my cars were stuck inside. Steve arrived early and quickly made the repair to our double door spring - we ultimately upgraded to two springs. Steve was helpful in allowing me to make the final decision what was best for our repair. I would definitely recommend Steve and Fast Fix to my neighbors and friends feeling comfortable they will perform. Nice job.

Finding vendors such as Fast Fix is exactly why I became a member of Angie's List after relocating to a large city like Dallas, where we do not know who to turn to when there is a problem. The ability to view recent reviews from our neighbors is helpful and priceless.

The technician Ian was on time, did a great job, and was very personable.  We would not hesitate to recomemnd Fast Fix for anyone needing their garage door fixed fast!

It went well.  The were quick. They guaranteed their work and in one case when a replacement band failed they replaced it cheerfully.  I thought their prices were reasonable.

Gentleman said "hello" as soon I stepped in.  He listened to me as I explained what I needed for the 3 watches.  Understood that I needed pricing before work. He explained their pricing structure on batteries clearly and well. He pointed out the poor condition on the crystal on one watch and provided pricing without my request. He allowed me time to decided on what to repair without pushing any of it to me. I felt the pricing was at the high end of "normal" but acceptable. I didn't run around trying to price everyone.  He said 1 hour and I went out into the mall. Ended sitting in chairs in front of the store.  After 20 minutes he came out to say they were done.  Before checkout he explained what they had done and gave me time for inspection. I left feeling that overall it had been a good experience.

I had a vintage, collector's watch that needed a new band.  I didn't want to do it myself b/c of the watch's value.  Thomas put on a beautiful new band that looks great.  Also, my wife needed her wedding set adjusted to a larger size, and Thomas was more than patient in working with us to make sure the size was exactly right.  He is trustworthy, and extremely good at what he does.  We won't use anyone else for our jewelry needs.

I had a nice Citizen watch repaired last year at another jewelery shop; what a mess. The cost was 3 times more than quoted and the first repair didn't work. The total amount of time spent was over a month to replace a stem that was pulled out of the watch when I got caught in a door. This time the crystal fell out of the same watch and I noticed it wasn't running. Fast Fix asked me to wait while he checked the battery and determined that the watch was damaged and not worth fixing.
I appreciate the honesty and he charged me nothing for his time. I'll definitely return and recommend this jeweler and watch repair shop.

His demeanor was nice.

They did it quickly and did it right. They also provide a warranty for the battery.

It went well overall. They had one guy come in and did all the work in a couple of hours. We got him from Angie's List. They were on time and their pricing was not outrageous.

MADE SURE THEY COULD DO WORK. CALLED ME BEFORE ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME. COST WAS REASONABLE.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO DO THE JOB. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. WERE ABLE TO SUGGEST SOME OPTIONS.
