FARLEY'S GARAGE DOOR SERVICE

Great! Farley's was able to do the repair the day after I called. My DH and I had gotten the door open (very heavy!) and we okay with next-day service. Farley's came out when they said they would and did the repair in short order.

I called and told them my problem. They took my information, gave me a price quote and said the on call person would get right back to me. He called a short while later and said he could come between 1-2 today. Showed up when he said he would and quickly made the repair. Charged the exact price of the quote. We are very happy and highly recommend them. *we also decided to replace both springs instead of just the broken one*

Fantastic! Since spring broke, I could not get the door open (even manually) until it was fixed. It broke a little after 4pm and I panicked to find a place that could come out that day. Came to Angie's List and called first company close to me on list with "A" rating - he said he "might" be able to get someone out the next afternoon. No good. I called the second company close to me on the list with "A" rating (Farley's Garage Door Service). Very pleasant and helpful. Said he could get someone out within the hour. Michael arrived a little after 5pm and worked until 6:30pm to fix the spring and look over all parts of my door. He said the wheels may need to be replaced in the near future, so I went ahead and told him to go ahead and replace. He oiled all the parts and everything worked great! Did not leave until he was sure it worked and I was satisfied. Definitely would hire again!

Perfect.  I would definitely use Farley's again in the future.  Excellent service, outstanding price and appointment setting was hassle free. Very good Garage Door Service to work with.

Workers were prompt, courteous and efficient. They stayed after hours to be sure work was completed and garage door was working perfectly.

A job well done.  John called ahead prior to arrival. Had everything completed in less than an hour. Very easy to work with and do nice work. Definitely would use again.

It was quite a while ago, but he told me what the problem was, he got the spring he needed, and he took his time replacing the spring properly.
I can't remember what it cost, but it was much less than I had expected, and the one man did a good job by himself.

I think it went favorably well.  They were prompt and I think they did a good job with the repair and adding some weather stripping and that kind of thing. They were very good about when they were going to be there and showing up because  he had to leave and come back the next day since there were some other materials to be purchased so he was very prompt. 

They came on time, completed all necessary work for a very reasonable fee. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with them was excellent. They came when they said they're going to come and installed our new door right away, like within the week. I thought they're fast, prices are fair and they were very honest.

Quality of work is always top notch. They are on time for appointments. If they find something small that requires attention which was not the original reason the service call was made, they will attend to it and often times not charge for the additional work. Their pricing is very fair.

They came the same day I called, replaced the spring and re-attached the chain drive mechanism to the wall. I had installed the garage door opener myself, but had run the wires carefully. They "straightened out" the wires and stapled them to the wall so they looked much better. They did not charge extra for that work.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN COMING TO OUR HOUSE TO DO THE REPAIR. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY HELPED ME TO KNOW WHAT TO DO IF IT EVER HAPPENS AGAIN.
