Swimming Pool Remodeling
We were happy with the job until it was completed. DFW Pools LLC did leak repairs and a replaster of our pool. The day after it was completed, we realized that the plaster crew had covered up the polaris cleaner fitting with an eyeball just like the rest of the pool. Our polaris cannot be hooked up. DFW Pools' start up guy told us to just buy an adaptor, but there are no adaptors, they removed the cleaner fitting. After 2 weeks!!! the project manager got back with us and said that he would send the plaster crew back to fix the mistake. It has now been over a month, and we continue to call and text the project manager, but have not received any response as to when the issue will be resolved. And of course, we paid in full with cash. Very disappointed. We have so many tree leaves and acorns that fall in the pool daily and using the net pole to get them out is difficult and impossible to completely remove the fall debris.

The Project was top notch ! Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the job early ! We were swimming by June as promised! Final project turned out great ! I love my pool !
