DERALD'S TILE

I met Derald in a flooring design center while looking at tile to remodel our master bathroom. We asked Derald when could he come by to provide an estimate to remodel the shower . He said he was available, now. He followed us to our residence, took the measurements for the area and provided the estimate. Initially we were not going to do the bathroom floor until Derald said it wouldn't cost but a little bit more and it would match the shower. The estimate was very reasonable so decided to give Derald the Job. Derald and his crew arrived on time as scheduled. They arrived on time as scheduled the entire time. To make a long story short, I don't have a problem with Derald he was a professional to the end. He is very responsive to additional requests. But, I must say one of his workers Scott was not user friendly. I think he knows what he is doing but he will take a short cut on you. Overall the remodel came out fine, we think it was well done. I would have given Derald an A if not for Scott and I would hire him again(Derald) if he had someone other than Scott to do the work.
