I have only had to call Deaton back once for a redo in 20 years. We use them at least two to three times a year so that is a pretty good record.

Very well. Very professional, diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and carried it out expeditiously. I have recommended this company in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them again!

Needed a simple washer hose replaced and he did it very proficiency.

All aspects of the visit went well, were good

He was so patient in bringing out samples and helping me pick styles. We knew what color we wanted but weren't sure about the style. He assisted us in making our choice. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.

They did a great job. They were excellent. I've used them twice and they are going to install a water heater tomorrow.

We have used Deaton Plumbing twice now. First time was for a garbage disposal replacement. It was not an easy task for the service gentleman as we live in an older house and it sometimes poses unexpected issues. But he stuck through and got the job done. Most recently we had a low pressure problem in our main bathroom. I believe Mark was our plumber that day and he was very upfront and honest about the initial diagnosis. Their prices are fair and their plumbers are professional and efficient. Will use again.

,Everything went great with my install. Joe was very knowlegable about the situation and knew exactly how to modify my existing gas line to supply the dryer and new gas range. He was very pleasant and a joy to work with!

This company has been around forever and I was recommended to use them by another plumber. They have been nothing but great! If we ever have any problem, they work diligently to find it and correct it. Each plumber that we have had to work for us, has been polite and friendly. I deal with a lot of vendors and this is hard to find in a vendor. Very happy with this company!

The plumbers were great! They were very professional and knowledgeable. Due to our house being plumbed strangely it took them a few days to find the leak and I was worried that it was going to cost us a bunch more but they honored the original bid, which was a relief. I felt comfortable leaving them at my house (and they are bonded/insured)so I did not have to take off work while the repairs were done, which was great. We would definitely use them again.

Mike and Monty worked at our house and did an
excellent job. I was especially impressed by Mike. He worked quickly, never
took a break and was like a chess player. He didn’t have to stop and think
about the next move. He was thinking three moves ahead.
The job was not just a matter of unplugging the old one and
plugging in the new one. It had to be raised 18” with a pan and drain installed
through the wall. The water and gas lines need to be replumbed as well as the
exhaust. He even went up on the roof and caulked the exhaust pipe.
When the inspector came the next day, he cycled the safety
valve and said to me “When you see an installation this clean, it just jumps
right out at you”.
When they finished the tank they tested the house for water
leaks and dug up the connection to the lawn sprinkler system. The handle of the
shut off valve was corroded away but they shut it off with pliers.
When they finished I asked Mike how to turn it back on in
the spring. He said to turn it on with a pair of channel locks and then said
“If you have any trouble, just call me. I’ll turn it on for you”. That’s great
customer service.

My experience overall went very well. I was very pleased with the work done. He was very efficient.

I have used their services for 15 years. They are excellent and on time. They are also very honest and fugal. The washing equipment I might add is 26 years old and they have kept it going this long.

They have always done a great job. We have used them for more than 5 years. I would highly recommend them.
