 + -1 moreTHEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND DIDN'T GET UPSET WHEN I ASKED THEM TO REPEAT WHAT THEY SAID. THEY REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES SO THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL AT A CERTAIN TIME TO TELL ME THE COMPUTER WAS READY FOR PICKUP AND THEY DID.
Description of Work: THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY HELPED ME HIMSELF, OUR COMPUTER WAS MESSING UP A GREAT DEAL AND I WAS ABOUT TO GET RID OF IT. I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY AND HE TALKED TO ME (SO I COULD UNDERSTAND HIM), AND HE RECONFIGURED OUR COMPUTER AND ADDED SOME SAFETY FEATURES THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS AND THEY HAVE REPORTED BACK TO ME THAT THEY WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY.
