Jose did a wonderful job! We did a color change mid-paint and he was able to adjust and finish with no issues. Jon also stopped by to make sure we were satisfied and we appreciated the flexibility with the switch.

Great, just be sure you have a supervisor on-site everyday. I reccomended them to my neighbor and they did a good job.

Jon's team painted the exterior of my house  (60% brick - not painted,  40% other material-painted)
which included the gutters, porch ceiling, front and back doors, and the eves. 
Jon's crew came out the first day and power washed the exterior of the house and then replaced nails, applied wood fill, caulk sanded, etc. Effectively prepping the house for painting the next day. The next day they came out and tried to put plastic on the windows, but it was too windy so Jon called to let me know and rescheduled for the next day. When I got home from work at 3:00 PM the next day, the house was almost done and it looked great. I was amazed to see that they had covered every surface that was not to be painted with paper, plastic and tape. Their cleanup was as spectacular as the paint job. My wife and I did not find a single drop of paint on the driveway, yard, windows...nowhere! Same goes for paint flecks from the prep. 
We will be hiring Jon again to paint some of our interior rooms as soon as we are ready.

Jon and his crew led by Javier were absolutely fantastic.  From start to finish, they were extremely professional and very accommodating.  When I initially contacted CertaPro back in March, I also contacted three or four other recommended painters from Angie's List.  All provided similar estimates, however, Jon Ragsdale was the only one to maintain follow up with me until I was ready for the job to begin.  I had the exterior done first and then the interior. Jon said it would take about 6 days and that is exactly what it took to finish.  My entire house of over 2700 square feet was painted including baseboards, ceiling and walls as well as some repairs from water damage.   There were several last minute request that Jon was able to handle and Javier and his crew of Hernando and Salvador went above and beyond in make our home look like new insdie and out.  We will definitely use CertaPro again in the future should the need arise.  Thanks again guys for a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!!!

They crew was very nice and professional. They were neat and clean and showed  up on time. I was not happy with the first color of the exterior Jon was great and helped me select a new color and cut me a great price on the re-paint. Great experience! I would use them again for sure! So much easier than trying to do it myself!!
