Bice's had the arrangement at the funeral home promptly on the morning of the funeral, and they also sent me an email receipt. They followed up with a post card in the mail later the next week thanking me for my business. I have never had a more competent florist, and Sarah was wonderful to work with. I will definitely use them again.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to Bear Creek Cemetery to honor my daughter's 10th Angel Anniversary Date specifically with a Butterfly Mylar Balloon (as you will note the order specially notes this below) in my absence as I live out of state in Tempe, Arizona. **They sent me an email with a photo of the alleged finished bouquet. **This arrangement is NOT the same as what was finally delivered to the gravesite!
They did deliver a floral bouquet to the cemetery with a "Happy Birthday balloon". Luckily my good friend that lives in Dallas, TX made a trip and took photos of the flowers and the "Happy Birthday balloon." How utterly embarrassing and heart wrenching this is to have this arrangement at my daughter's gravesite!
My friend made a visit to the florist, spoke to the person, Erica, whom took the order, whom made attempts to blame ME for her mistakes in the order. I had to make 3 phone calls to Erica to give her the Lot number, Section and Space of cemetery in order to complete the order. The Supervisor made it sound as though it was my fault for error. They ended up crediting my credit card allegedly (I haven't yet rec'd notice a yet) for their horrendous errors.
