+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THERE WAS AN ERROR WITH THE BILLING, BUT IT WAS CORRECTED RATHER QUICKLY. I WAS FULLY SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIR WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED MY GARAGE DOOR. THE TENSION SPRING HAD BROKEN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WHEN THE SPRING BROKE, THE DOOR FELL DOWN AND BENT A LITTLE OUT OF SHAPE. THEY REPLACED THE SPRING WITH TWO SPRINGS FOR BETTER BALANCE, AND SECURED A STRUT ACROSS ONE OF THE PANELS TO KEEP IT STRAIGHT. AFTER MAKING THE REPAIRS, THE DOOR WAS TESTED. ROLLERS WERE ALSO REPLACED. THE REPAIR WAS FULLY SUCCESSFUL.
