Doug came by the same day I called, very quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. We had contacted a large a/c company several days ago (name withheld) and they charged $99 to come to the house and gave me a $2,800 estimate for repairs and strongly suggested we consider a new unit since it was 10 years old and no longer under warranty. Total bill for Bedford Heating & Air was $340. Super happy that they were honest in their evaluation and did not replace parts that were already working. Doug is the best!
