Allen was at the house waiting for us when we got home from work,  he wanted to look at garage door before going back to his shop.  He stated he knew just what we needed and would return in 20 minutes.  He returned in 20 minutes with the correct parts that were needed to complete the job.  I have a metal over sized gagrage door and was putting my faith in Allen to make sure the parts were compatable.  The job was completed in less then an hour.  My garage door opens and closes much smoother and is much quieter.  Of course most importantly is that the springs were replaced and I can use my garage door again.

He came the afternoon of the morning. He called and was slightly late. He told me everything he was doing and gave me advice on how to maintain the garage door. Nice guy - really knew what he was doing.

They responded very quickly. I felt very comfortable with the employees that came out.

The garage door would not open. I consulted my service manual and it described the problem as being a logic board failure.. I called DFW Garage and described the issue and I was walked through the steps to confirm that it was a safety sensor issue. I was willing to pay for a service call, but I was told lets first check things to confirm the problem and when we did it confirmed it was the safety sensor issue. I was able to repair myself.

Although Angie's List mentioned that DFW Garage Door did not service our area, it turned out that was not the case. The technician showed up on time, was very cordial and professional. Explained different options to us and finished the job in a satisfactory way.

We have used them several times in the past. Once we called them with a question about our garage door and they actually had someone out in the area so they came by and fixed the problem at no charge. They do excellent work.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE MAN TOLD US HE WOULD COME AND PUT IT IN AT A CERTAIN DAY AND TIME. WHEN HE CAME OUT TO REPLACE THE GARAGE DOOR WITH A NEW ONE HE WAS THROUGH IN NO TIME.

IT WAS VERY GOOD, THESE GUYS DO A VERY, VERY GOOD JOB. I WAS SURPRISED BY HOW FAST IT TOOK TO PERFORM THE DUTY ASKED OF THEM. THEY WERE VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD AND DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME AT ALL.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE DAY I CALLED, UNLIKE ANOTHER GARAGE DOOR REPAIR SERVICE I CALLED. THE REPAIR PERSON WAS UNCLEAN AND UNCOURTEOUS. THE REPAIR TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF TO COMPLETE. I THOUGHT THE LABOR AND PARTS WERE OVER PRICED.

AT FIRST, ASAPS PRICE WAS CLOSE TO TWO OTHER COMPETITORS, BUT NOT THE BEST. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK, THEY ASKED, WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO HAVE SECURE YOUR BUSINESS? LETS TAKE CARE OF IT RIGHT NOW. THEY BEAT THE PRICE OF THE OTHERS BY ABOUT $50 AND OFFERED TO HAUL MY DOOR OFF AT NO COST. THEIR WORK WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY WITH A CREW OF TWO. THEY TESTED THE DOOR, ADJUSTED THE TENSION, AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THEY DID THE WORK IN A SINGLE DAY AND DID IT AT THE LOWEST COST. THIS WAS A WONDERFUL COMPANY THAT CARED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AS MUCH AS THE BUSINESS. I WAS DULY IMPRESSED!

WE COULD NOT GET THE GARAGE DOOR TO CLOSE. WE CALLED ASAP AND THEIR REP WAS AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN 45 MINUTES. HE FIXED THE DOOR QUICKLY AND WE HAVE NOT HAD PROBLEMS SINCE.
