There's nothing quite as traumatic as a washing machine that won't start. We called on a Saturday and they came over very quickly. From my description they knew exactly what was wrong.The young lady set about to repair the machine and it was all a blur - flying hands and parts, and then it was finished, just like that. She knew which switch had failed and how to get it replaced in just a few minutes, even with me watching and talking. We're impressed!
