Traced to malfunctioning intermatic timer.
Told him I would get new one right away. He offered to buy one, but told him I believed still under warranty.
He said call when I had it and he would install. Did not ask for any money now. Cool.

Henry arrived on time and was almost finished when the big storm blew in on Wed. June, 6th. Henry worked as long as he could until the lighting and huge wind blew us from the back of the house. We got something to eat, and waited for the storm to blow over. Henry waited with us for about an hour before we heard it was going to rain most of the night. The next morning Henry was here bright and early and finshed up before noon, cleaned up all the old wires and boxes and mess, and after City Inspector approved the work, was off to another job. Courteous and professional and a job will done.

Henry was the low bidder and made up for it by overcharging me on numerous small trivial tasks. He showed up the first day and acted like he had never seen an electrical drawing in his life. He kept asking silly questions that he should have known by reading the scope of the job. He also cut holes in my ceiling and dumped insulation on my office help. The only bright spot was I think his helpers did a good work. He also promised to do things as a part of the job and would return the next day wanting to charge me for those items. Do yourself a favor and skip Arrow Electric.

"THIS ELECTRICAL WORK WAS FOR AN OLD HOUSE REMODEL FOR OFFICE USE. THE HOUSE WAS ALL WIRED IN ALUMINUM AND I SUGGESTED TO HIM TO COMPLETELY REWIRE THE ENTIRE HOUSE SINCE HE WAS REMODELING 80% OF THE HOUSE ALREADY. ON ANY REMODEL ESPECIALLY OLDER HOMES YOU WILL ONLY UNCOVER PROBLEMS AFTER SOME DEMOLITION, WHICH WE DID. YES WE DID NEED TO DO EXTRA WORK AND THE CUSTOMER WAS CHARGED FOR IT. THE INITIAL PLANS PROVIDED WERE NOTHING BUT CONFUSING AS HE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE ELECTRICAL TRADE OR PRINTS. HE CONTINUALLY KEPT CHANGING THE PLANS. THE WHOLE HOUSE WAS DONE IN PHASES AND THINGS KEPT CHANGING. BECAUSE HE CHOSE TO DO THIS IN PHASES RATHER THAN RUN HIS BUSINESS ELSEWHERE HIS PROJECT TOOK 9 MONTHS TO COMPLETE. HOW CAN YOU EXPECT TO RUN AN OFFICE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION GOING ON AND NOT HAVE ANY INSULATION OR DEBRIS IN THE WORK AREA. HE IS THE MOST UNREASONABLE CUSTOMER I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR. HE EXPECTED US TO DO WORK AND NOT BE CHARGED FOR IT. WE WORKED LONG HOURS JUST TO PLEASE HIM AND HIS PICKY ATTITUDE. HIS MOTHER EVEN MADE A COMMENT TO ME THAT SHE COULD NEVER WORK WITH HIM. GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF WORKING WITH SUCH A PERSON, MY STAFF DID A GREAT JOB. MY EMPLOYEES WILL VOUCH TO THE FACT THAT THIS CUSTOMER WAS A REAL IDIOT. ENGINEERS, INC."
