We do use them. We use them regularly every year. They came out in the fall when we were working on the house because a bunch of bugs got loose. They went up in the attic for rats and mice, there was an extra cost for that. They came out right away. We like the fact that they don't push services on us. They do what we request and they are honest and fair about the price. They are competitive on their pricing. They give me an assessment. If they find a problem, they show it to me. They have kept my house bug free. I will keep using them. They honored the original quote for years and just recently increased it.

They said to check the traps in a few days and remove any dead rats.  But they never told me where they placed the traps so checking them was a problem. 

For an additional $100 fee they offered to come back and remove any dead rats.  But they did nothing on their visit that I couldn't have done myself.  I felt like the fee charged for the work that they did was high to begin with, so I had no intention of calling them back and paying another fee. 

I called needing someone to come spray for fleas as soon as possible. They explained in detail the procedure on the phone, and then made special arrangements for someone to come out to our house the same day. The man who came to our house was professional and pleasant to work with during the treatment. The next day I had a few questions about maintaining the treatment, when I called my questions were answered patiently and thoroughly.

The technician that they sent out was scary and he didnt do a very good job. He had to actually come back out to my home. The guy in the office was very nice, the technician is another story.

I was looking for basic insect control, especially for roaches, as I had seen a few around my house in the last month. I called and spoke with Chris (the owner), and he was very friendly and informative. Based on the packages they had available, I chose the full year guaranteed service. He sent out Cory the very next day. Cory was punctual and courteous. He explained the way each product worked and even described the innovative technology behind them when I asked. It's only been a week, but I haven't seen any roaches since then, and I feel that I'm in good hands with the guarantee they provided. 

We had fleas mainly in our basement; but also had seen one on each of our cats.  My ankles were all chewed up from being in the basement working out.
Avery came out and did a thorough spraying our entire yard, basement, and throughout the house.  I asked her if she did a thorough job in the basement as that's where I thought our biggest problem was and she said she likes doing a thorough job the first time!  She said she doesn't mind coming back out, but she'd rather take care of the problem the first time.
For the amount of time she spent working, I feel we definitely received our moneys-worth.

We were in the process of selling our house and the buyer's inspector noted that there was a small amount of previous termite damage.  It was a small issue but the buyer's wanted it taken care of before they moved in. Chris answered the questions that I had about the situation and came out the next day to do the treatment.  He was very nice, approachable and professional. I plan on using them again for any of my bug/rodent/etc issues.

I have been using them for about four or five years. They come out every three to four months. It is a family-owned business; a husband and wife team. It is a small business but they are very thorough. They are professional and very responsive. If I might forget to call them regarding the visit, they will call me or email me to remind me. I can pay them yearly or I can pay them on each visit as well. They give me a discount if I pay them yearly. If I paid them for every visit, I think it is approximately $100. I would continue to use them in the future; in fact, they will be coming out next week.

It is a small company run by a husband and wife. They are very professional and courteous. They are easy to get a hold of and easy to schedule appointments. We have used them for two and a half years. We initially started using them because they were cheaper than the others, but afterwards we remained with them because the service was great. Their quality is very good and they only had to come back once for re-treatment.

Amanda came out on the same day I called the office and checked to see if the rodent nests were old or new and clean out what was there. She ended up charging about half of the estimate on the phone. Very professional and great experience overall.

We first called them to get rid of rats in the attic. They did a great job. They came out several times to clear traps and we no longer have a rat problem. Recently we had a major ant problem around the patio. Amanda worked us in late in the day and stayed till she tracked down the source and took care of them. No extra charge! We intend to keep using them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a yearly contract with them. They have been great and I have been really pleased with their services. They are very professional, courteous and thorough. I have been extremely happy with them. I would use their services in the future and in fact, they are coming on Friday which would be their second quarterly service.

Everything was excellent, from the initial phone call to the services provided to the price.

I had carpenter ants. Two weeks later they appear to be gone.

She was just great, and worked very quickly. She is the one who found what my original problem was, which no other exterminator was able to find. She located a plumbing issue that was causing the trouble and showed me how to fix the problem. I was really pleased with her service and would certainly use her again.

They showed up when they said they would and did the work quickly. They were very thorough, timely, professional, and they swatted the roaches as they came out. Their price seems good compared to other companies that I called.

Based on Angie's List Customer Reviews and Proximity to our home, we decided to call "All That Crawls Pest Control" to take care of an Ant, Spider and Beetle problem we were having in and around our home. (Empty for two months before we moved in) From the initial phone call, the folks at this Company were very courteous and answered all our questions before the service call. My wife operates an in-home daycare and we were very concerned about the safety of the chemicals after the application. They were able to put us at ease and we were even able to book a weekend appointment when the children were not present. We were quoted the price and were given an Angie's List discount off of the "Total Protection" Plan. (Yearly Plan/ Quarterly Service). On the day of Service, Amanda arrived on time and explained the service once more. She spent about 45 minutes and treated the inside and outside of our home. She was very friendly and at the end, took our email address in order to remind us of our next scheduled service. She even told us if the bugs come back before the next service, to give her a call and she will return to take care of it for us. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with this experience. Our payment schedule is as follows: We paid for the first visit and pre-paid for the last visit. On the second and third visits, we pay for the service performed after completion.

The tech showed up on time, was dressed in uniform with company name on shirt. I was impressed by her knowledge of the situation. She had a pleasant personality, friendly. I feel that she did a complete job that was very thorough. I was so impressed that I signed a 1 year total protection contract. That covers everything except termites.

We didn't see any fleas or ants again, and the woman who came out explained the process of what she was doing and answered all of my questions.
