We recently had our small AC & Heat unit(inside & out) replaced by Advanced Air after getting other quotes. Usually companies do not meet my expectations BUT Advanced Air not only met my expectations but exceeded them which is rare now days. They did excellent work, are very honest and had a reasonable price. Advanced Air should be the first and last one's to contact for your AC work.

They are straight forward, they are honest. They tell you what they are going to do and why. They give you options and they are just great. One of the best companies I've ever dealt with and I am very picky. They are just really good people. After being burned, this company is like a breath of fresh air.

When I called in to schedule I explained my problem as the air conditioner sounding like a helicopter was trying to land on the roof.  We were cooling but didn't know how long that was going to last.  Could they come soon?  Scheduled same day, Bob arrived early within the time frame scheduled, diagnosed and explained to my husband exactly what the issues were. It was one of our hottest days, the part he needed wasn't on the truck.  He went back to office to pick up the part and returned to get us cooling the same day.  Thank you!!  He was so nice my husband wanted to visit with him longer.  We will definitely us them again.  It's wonderful to find a business that makes you feel like the customer is important to them.

Tom came out, gave an estimate which was lower than other bids we received.  Advanced Air was highly rated on Angies List so due to the reviews we read and the lower quote we decided to schedule work with them.  Very professional, punctual and completed the entire job in two days.  We are extremely pleased with the work completed and the results received.  Most importantly, Tom is a man of integrity and can be trusted to provide great work from quote to finish of job.  We couldn't be happier.  In addition to the work completed, true to his word, Tom came out and replaced all the registers in the house at no cost to us.  We will use Advanced Air again for any A/C/heating issues in the future.

They got me scheduled quickly and arrived on time to replace my old system in which the compressor had stopped working.   The replacement system was a basic American Standard system and is very quiet compared to my old one.  They were very friendly to deal with and I was happy with all aspects of the work.  They also answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new thermostat.

I made a phone call on Thursday morning, however, they could not schedule until Friday between 1 and 5.  I received a phone call early Friday morning and wanted to know if I wanted them to come between 10 and 12.  He was here promptly at 10:00 a.m., detected the problem, and replaced it.  He also checked both AC units to make sure there were not any more problems.  Tom was very professional, cordial, and down to earth.  His business is family owned and he takes pride in his work and highly values his clients.  A truly respectful and honest company.  This is the second time I have utilized their services and will continue to do so in the future.

We have two a/c units for our two story home, and the unit servicing the second story had been failing for a couple of years.   We'd delayed getting a new unit while dreaming of a geothermal system, but we finally woke up and acknowleged that while geothermal is a very cool and attractive option, it was not going to fit our budget anytime soon.   
We'd had to add freon to our problem unit before and on a warm day in May when it was absolutely NOT cooling, we called on Advanced Air to come out to add freon once again, and also to give us a quote on a replacement unit. 
Tom Wilson is always very pleasant to work with and he came out to add the freon.  It wasn't very hot the day he came out, but it was the next day and we realized that adding the freon did not resolve the issue. Mr. Wilson came out again and determined that it was a failed capacitor.   We had a lovely new 14.5 seer Rheem installed the next week.  It is incredible what a difference an efficient new unit makes; everyone is very comfortable and our electric bill is lower!

Tom and Bob are great guys. I selected them based on reviews and good comments from a friend. They are professional, friendly, punctual and clean up when they are finished. I had tried to use them when installing a new unit in another house but they were too busy to do it in the timeframe I needed. I planned ahead this time and am glad they were available. Thanks guys!

Responsive, on time and competant. The repairman identified the issue right away and fixed it. We are satisfied with the service.

My downstairs AC unit stop working so I called Advanced Air based on their Angie's List rating and proximity.  The technician came out within 24 hours of service call.  He was extremely thorough and professionally, and completed the repairs promptly.  
I called back 2 days later because I thought the unit was blowing hot air again.  The same technician came out within 1 hour and checked things out.  He couldn't find a problem but told me to call back at any time if I had any issues or questions.  That was almost 3 weeks ago and things are working fine.  I'll call them again if I need any work done on my AC - I highly recommend Advanced AC!

This is a great little company. Tom and Bob do all the work. They are the only company to work on our system since we bought the house in 1984. Both are excellent workers with great experience and knowledge of systems.

I have used Advanced Air a number of times in the last couple of months from installing two NEST thermostats to servicing my AC units. Tom and Bob are fair, do not over charge and always do quality work. After using a number of bigger HVAC companies down through the years with mixed results. Advanced Air has become my HVAC company of choice. I highly recommend them.

Ok, picture this.  4th of July late afternoon returning home from a pool party in the Texas summer sun and the upstairs is HOT.  I frantically start dialing all the AC repairmen  on Angie's List.  Of course, it is a holiday and I get endless rings and an occasional answering machine telling me they are closed for the long weekend.  Then I reach Advanced Air and the message gives me hope as the recording says they will be open on the next day and have appointments.  I figure  I will never hear from them but leave a message anyway.  Imagine my surprise when I receive a call at 8:00 the next morning with the offer of an appointment between the call and noon.  Sure enough, Tom arrives at 9 and promptly gets to work.
His address magnet will have a place of honor on my fridge!

We have been Advanced Air customers since 2006.  Tom is very professional, fair in price and  has a great personal touch.
I called Tom late in the evening on July 3rd.  The A/C stopped blowing cold air.  He said he would come out the next day. The fourth of July!  Tom replaced a bad capacitor and charged the Freon.  Four pounds!  About a third of what the system holds.  He said he might have some bad news, a Freon leak.  Obviously, we were prepared for the worst, we were going to have to replace the entire system.  Tom said that the unit was good but the system coil had a moderate to bad leak and needed to be replaced.  Not as bad as we thought.  Tom then found a coil for our system that afternoon and he said he would be out to replace it the next morning.  After two hours, the coil was replaced and the A/C is now working like new.
I would recommend Advanced Air to anyone who needs A/C service!

He arrived early and quickly washed out the air conditioner unit outside and added freon.  Then he checked the furnace inside and answered my questions regarding the noisy fan and diagnosed the issue.  He also provided the quote I requested for installing a new system as my outside unit is almost 30 years old.

I called Tom at 8 this morning to get an appointment, because our a/c stopped blowing cold air. We agreed on a time frame between 1 and 5 this afternoon. I have two small children and it was close to 90 degrees in our house at 5. Tom was short handed and missed our appointment. The following day he called and explained the situation. Bob came out and confirmed my compressor was unrepairable and would have to be replaced. Advanced Air's pricing is very reasonable compared to the 5 or so other companies I had estimates from. Tom and I spoke at length about the best option for our situation. I decided to replace the outside unit (condenser) and coil on the inside. Tom and Bob arrived before the appointment time, and went straight to work. They spent about 6 hours installing the system, and Tom returned at a later date to finish some duct work I had requested. The reason I picked Tom and Advanced Air was not because of the equipment they offered, or availability of service. We actually waited several extra days without air conditioning because I wanted Tom and Bob to install our system. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Tom and Advanced Air and highly recommend them.

I was told by a competitor that my AC unit was too old and NOT fixable and then they tried to sell me a new unit for over $7K. Tom from Advanced Air came in and saved the day. In about an hour, he total fixed my unit and replaced all of the freon and it's working great. Christian man. Very honest and friendly. Save yourself the worry and call them first. Highly Highly recommend. 

When he first showed up (early by the way!), the unit was overheated, and he said that he would have to wait for it to cool down to diagnose it. He left, saying he would be back in a few hours, and about two hours later, he was back. He checked the outside unit, went upstairs and checked out the rest and made some quick repairs. He fully explained the situation, suggested that I add a small amount of freon, and then stopped to engage in some fascinating conversation about various subjects. The bill was much lower than I was expecting, and I will certainly use him for my next air conditioning emergency. Highly recommended!

Advanced Air Conditioning Service are great. He came promptly and figured out the problem real fast and we really like him. He is very friendly and efficient.

as usual I can rely on Bob to find any issues and fix them quickly.  Called Bob out to do a yearly once over- he recommended a new pan - new pan was ordered and replaced within a week for a fair price.  I give them a A++++- I have used them for many years (at least 5) and would recommend them to anyone!
