to the engine and they also have computers that checks the auto's computer.  What they did is just replace what they thought  was wrong and when they found out that it was not the correct diagnosis they charged us for it anyway. 

We talked with the service manager and his words to me was, I am not a mechanic I am a money man, I don't know anything about repairs, his mechanics are the ones that do the repairs.  When I told him what should have been done with isolating what was wrong prior to tearing into the engine he agreed with the mechanic.

One would think that when you bring you vehicle to a certified dealership they would do it by the book, I can guarantee that GM has procedures and this dealership did not follow them.  They have tools and diagnostic equipment to figure out what is wrong with todays engine and Wiesner did not follow them.  They had the vehicle for almost a week.

I would not recommend WIESNER INC-HUNTSVILLE to do any repairs on any type of vehicle.  I will never own a GM product again but until we sell this Cadillac it will be going down to Conroe for service.

I have a Toyota, best vehicle I have ever owned and with in a couple of years my wife will be in a Toyota also.

I was driving through Huntsville, Texas on the way to the grocery store when my 2006 Chevrolet Equinox just died in ongoing traffic. I was able to steer it in time into a nearby Walgreen's without holding up traffic. I first called my husband and he was on his way and told me to call Wiesner's to see if they could tow my vehicle in and give me an estimate on what was wrong. My husband arrived shortly after his call and we waited for approximately 20 minutes until a tow truck from a local wrecker service showed up to load my car onto a truck to transport it to Wiesner's. We followed the wrecker to Wiesner's where my husband gave the technician our name and phone number so they could work up an estimate and call us later at home. Approximately 2 hours later, the manager over the service department called us to say that it was the water pump that had gone out and the costs were going to be about $1,200.00. We authorized the repairs and was told it would be ready the next evening. The next afternoon, we called Wiesner's about 4:30 to check the status of our vehicle and was told they were still working on getting it back together but give them 30 minutes and they would have it ready. We did not call them back but left our house in about 30 minutes to go to Wiesner's to pick up the vehicle. It was indeed ready to go and the technicians were very friendly and compassionate about the costs involved. They had estimated the repair costs to be $1,200.00 and the total was approximately $1,138, below the $ 1,200.00 they had estimated in the quote. We would not hesitate to use Wiesner's again on our 2006 Chevrolet Equinox.

We did the credit application online, they called us to let us know we were approved with a low interest rate. Went to dealership after I got off work and looked at a couple trucks found one we like had them add running boards to the truck, from start to finish we spent maybe 1-1 1/2 hours at the dealership. The one problem with the whole traansaction was that about 3 weeks after purchasing the truck they called about the plates, we went there to have them put on the truck and they could NOT find them. it was another few days before they called again to tell us that they had them again. Hopefully when we go to get them tomorrow they will have them.

Rick Matthews helped me from start to finish including finding me a loaner vehicle. Repairs went quick.
