This company had a good reputation and for the most part, I was satisfied with its work. They were prompt, and the esitmates were accurate. However, the owner, an older man, allowed a young, inexperienced man to tile the stall shower. This young man admitted it was only his second time to do tile work. The tile were not set flat onto the wall; some protruded. The grout was uneven, mottled in color. I complained about the grout and the owner made excusses. He reluctantly made the younger man redo the grout, but it never looked uniform in color as it should have. While their carpentry work was excellent, their tile work was substandard.
