He was punctual. He was here when he said he was going to be here, he left when he said he was going to leave, and he charged what he said he was going to charge. He didn't leave a mess. When I needed to call him, he was available. His guys were all very friendly and nice. You didn't feel that you were in their way. They were here in less than a week. He was very professional. They made you feel like you were a customer.
