My landlord, Kushboo, she uses these guys, probably because they're cheap and she won't spend an extra penny because they need to buy up more Huntsville properties. They come quarterly. Over 10 months I've had a growing infestation, 7 of those very obvious. Roaches crawling over everything, throwing out pantry goods because they got into it, washing dishes after you eat and before you cook and eating out way more than a careful budget would permit or person would like. So I'm mad. I tell the guy seven months ago when he comes that I need to see at least one dead roach after that visit. I don't. Four months ago, I tell him his stuff isn't working, we have 3 different species that have evolved past it, he doesn't say anything, just sprays for 2 minutes and leaves. It's like he's too important to talk to us. A month ago I just told him he's the worst exterminator in the world. Today, special visit, the owner acted like we were the problem and left. Like I shouldn't be mad. 0

I was not satisfied for what they did for what the price I paid. I will not use them again. They come out and drill holes in the overhang to spray and they were supposed to come back and plug the holes with corks after they have done but they never did that. Finally, I had to do that after a month or two later. I kept calling them and asking them to send me the certification that it was done and the woman kept telling me that it was on her desk and she was going to sending it out, they kept fooling around, fooling around, and fooling around and finally the owner of the company and another guy who did the work came out and I thought they are going to finish the job but they finally brought out the paperwork after a couple of months and by then I had plugged the holes and painted it. I expected some money back as I did the part of their job. They never responded to that. I was really disappointed for that. They come back each year to recertify the work and they charge $110 to recertify it but I am not going to do that. They are horrible in all the senses.

They come quarterly. I like them and have no problems with them.
