They do not even leave a leaf on the ground. They are very personable, professional and work til the job is done. They are reasonable in pricewise.

It all went great until they got the lift truck stuck in our back yard. In addition to tearing up the back yard, they damaged my Pave stone sidewalk when they drove over it with the back hoe. They drove through 3 flower beds, broke the city sidewalk, and ran over the drain pipe that I had covered up in the back yard. Clever crew that they were, I had a muck bucket covering up the pop-up valve that "seemed" to be there the entire time. When I went back to remove it a few weeks later, I discovered they had moved it and what I had told them not to run over had indeed been run over. Mr. Oliphant's son kept reassuring me that they would "fix the damage". I don't think sonny had any clue as to what it was going to cost to repair the damage. We didn't require much grading, but did need sod. Putting the back yard back together was not a vanity issue. You couldn't walk due to the roughness and water was not ever going to drain off properly. It cost us $1900 to professionally repair the things we could not do. I reset the 3 flower beds they drove through myself. I have sent Mr. Oliphant a copy of the estimate, but to date, no response. I suppose if you like having your property destroyed, then go ahead and call him out. Personally, I cannot recommend his services.

I called, they replyed and they got the work done in a very timely manner. Everything went as expected and they are an excellent company.

They are professional. They did what they said they are going to do. They did it for the price they quoted me. They cleaned up all the debris when they were finished. They did a good job in a timely manner.
