 + -1 moreHired Mike Mills to do a foundation for a home. Paid him $20,000. He did the forms my husband had to dig most of the footers then tried to raise the price by $10,000. When asked why he said the price of steel had gone up. I reminded him that he had told me 3 months earlier that it was paid and supposed to be delivered and never was. I questioned him on that and then he never returned my calls. We had to take him to court to try to get our money back. He never did finish the work. We had to hire someone else to do the job.
