It went very well! Found that I had 2 nails in my tires and they fixed it at no extra cost to me. I will always do business with this dealership.

I first of all went to ford .com got pre approved for a new auto I then knowing I was ready to but I called the dealer and spoke with a sales man told him what I was looking for (F 150 ) he was helpful. Looking online and at other dealers I found another truck in Georgetown well not wanting to be outdone he found just what I wanted in Dallas. I told him that I would drive up there to look at it the dealer sent a driver up there to get the truck so that I could look at it. Now the truck only had a sticker price of around 30 grand not like it was top end or anything but they went all out for me I have bought from them before and will do so again.

Auto Sales
We talked several times (by phone and in person) with a salesman about purchasing a 2013 Ford Escape SE at Hillcrest. The salesman was extremely helpful, professional, and prompt in responding to our questions and in following up with us periodically. However, when discussing detailed price quotes on an SE trim vehicle with a sales manager, things went downhill quickly. We negotiated for over an hour and could not come to an agreement on price. We left the dealership in order to further discuss privately. Our salesman called back to followup, but we did not ever hear back from the sales manager, nor was there any further negotiation offered.
We contacted several other Ford dealerships in the area and purchased a 2013 Titanium (more expensive trim than the SE and equipped with more features/options) for a lower price than what was offered by Hillcrest on the 2013 SE. Although we wanted to do business locally, the decision was ultimately financial, and Hillcrest could not deliver. The management at Hillcrest mentioned repeatedly that they could not offer vehicles at prices as low as high volume dealers, but we found out via a little internet sleuthing that they are owned by the highest volume Ford dealership in all of Texas, just a little south down the road. We understand that they are a and quot;small townand quot; dealership, but they conveniently did not mention their connection to their sister high volume dealerships. In fact, we called their sister dealership and asked for a quote on a vehicle located on the lot at Hillcrest. The sister dealership offered it to us at over two thousand dollars below the Hillcrest quote for exactly the same vehicle.
While the salesmen at Hillcrest were excellent to deal with, we cannot recommend working with the sales management at Hillcrest Ford.

Hillcrest Ford is truly and honest dealership. You will pay dealership prices for everything but they are good folks. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They are dealer and a repair shop. They really do a very good work. I have purchased two cars from them and they also do my repair work. They do a good job and I think they are reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with them. I went in for a service last month and they told me that I needed tires and I waited a month so that I could afford it. Then I went in and brought them. They gave me good price and in fact they match anybody's price. So it was a good deal. I like them. The price is well worth it as it values. The quality is excellent as I never had a problem.
