This has been an incredibly hard year for our family. I was out of work for quite a while, things had gotten behind, we had newly moved to the area, and then our AC went out...well more like burnt up wiring, etc, it was toast and was not big enough for the home even when it was working. EASCO came out and told us the problem, basically needed a new HVAC system. We tried getting financing and could not, I didn't know what to do. EASCO then came back, said they were going to bless our family considering our situation and everything that had happened to us this year...they came in and installed a top of the line system FOR FREE. They were the answer to so many prayers and I cannot thank Caleb, Joshua and all of the EASCO team enough.

We have had nothing but trouble from the get-go. They originally only taped the duct work together. It started to come apart and allow air into the attic on 2 occasions. Easco did finally come out in 2016 and hard cement it all together. The duct work looks like a drunken octopus. The kitchen is hotter than Hades, even in winter. We close the vent when the heat is running. They used a 7" duct to the kitchen, with a 45 degree roller coaster down-turn. In addition, the kitchen traps heat and an additional 12" return is required for proper cooling and heating. The house is perspiring from the oversized unit. Easco's answer was to turn the fan speed down, which isn't much of an answer. Our only recourse is to either completely replace the system; or at the very least, replace the outside condenser. It is now Feb. 2017 and it is going to cost us thousands of dollars to re-do what we paid $11,300 for in 2014. We are not made of money (only scraping by) and I am literally sick about the whole affair.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The team works well together and kept us in the loop and fully informed for the duration of the job. We will definitely be hiring Easco in the future for work on our HVAC system and for spring and fall maintenance.

Great service.  They showed up when they said they would be there and explained what work they were going to perform.  They also provided alternatives that were optional and described them as such.  Great service by a great company.  Will absolutely us Easco again without question.

Unit replaced did not preform as represented. Easco's owner made three trips to our home. He installed additional equipment asnecessary at no additional charge. What a breath of fresh air to find a company that stands behind their work.

They were professional. They had a good product and good warranty. They were priced high. They came out when they said they were going to come out. I had some issues, and they immediately came out and fixed them right away. Our air conditioner was out for four days. They said they were concerned about our comfort.

I never had any complications with them. I had one repair and it was under warranty so they took care of it but it was not their fault and it was because of a manual unit that I put in there. They gave me a good price. They were very courteous, prompt and really did a good job with the installation. I had no problems with the system itself since they installed it. The quality was excellent. They were professional in the way they installed it, they explained what they were going to do and how they did it. I checked it out after they did it and it was right. So it looks good. They were very professional.

After diagnosing the problem, but before replacing the parts, he sat down with me and made a sales presentation for a new furnace and a/c unit. F-AC were 12 yrs old and were 2 years past their warrantee dates. I'm retired from the Coast Guard with a specialty in Naval Engineering. I attended heating and a/c schools so I have a good basic knowledge of the systems, however it is old information. I retired in 1977. The tech tried to mislead me a number of times, in the size of a/c unit we needed, and the "high" cost of more completely repairing the old electric furnace. He also told me that if I purchased the new units from EASCO, I would recieve credit for the $417.28 already paid. He told me that due to the 400pluspsi operating pressures in the new a/c unit, I would need new copper tubing running from thr a/c unit to the electric furnce in the attic. The existing tubing is easily able to handle over 1000psi.He told me that I needed a new inline filter housing at the furnace inlet to more thoroughly filter the return air. I had him delete that. I understood that that housing and filter were costly, (about $500) and that it would require a yearly inspection and filter replacement cost of $149.00. He told me later, that EASCO "threw that unit in" at no cost, so deleting it would save no money. I told him that his bid of Approximately $7,500 was more than I could afford, and to tell me the difference in price between the #16seer heat pump, and the standard type a/c. He said that there was very little difference as the compressors were "about the same" Wrong..huge difference in price. He left, I called other dealers for bids, settled with Montgomery Air conditioning for a heat pump and furnace, installed and ready to go at $5500.00. I also found that the spread of pricing on the parts EASCO installed, from 3 other dealers, was from $179.00 to $198.00 including labor. I called EASCO with this information, to get a refund, but their response was that "we charge that for the parts" I received an e-mail from their sales manager which I responded to, but no one from EASCO came back to me. I believe that I am due a refund in this matter of the difference between $351.78 and $198.00 or $153.78. Your assistance in this matter is much appreciated.
