Yet again another pleasant experience. I had the second unit malfunction in my home and JR arrived on time and discovered the issue within a matter of minutes and had a solution for it. The customer service he provided goes without saying. As a customer I couldn't be happier and have found my go-to guy!

I had several people look at my AC unit and no one could solve the problem. JR showed up and had it working again within 15 minutes. I highly recommend him and his business. He's beyond professional, easy to talk to, fast and great at what he does. I was expecting to pay several thousand dollars for a new unit, but JR repaired it for less than 10% of what I thought I was going to spend. I could not have asked for a better experience and could not be more satisfied.
