septic tank
 + -1 moreDuring the installation of the system things went well, problems did not arise till electician refused to hook system electrical to house because of liability issues and Castleberry refused to come to make the connection because "It's nto my job." Later problem with a compressor valve leak was taken care of in a prompt manner while system was under warranty. Atop all there is somewhat of an attitude problem inherrent in this family business. Though a good job of instalation, sevice after can not be complemented in anny manner.
Description of Work: Installed Arobic Septic System in 2004 Refused to make electical connection when huse completed in Spring of 2005 Came to make minor repair while system was under warranty in 2006, this being the only time the system was checked while under warranty. Sold a 2 year inspection contract in March of 2007 mandating an inspection every 4 months. Attempted to collect for continuation of service in March 2008, having been paid for service to continue to March of 2009. Inspected in March of 2008 and recomended tanks be pumped at 70 cents per gallon when competative rates were found to be as low as 45 cents. Has not conducted an inspection as contracted since March of 2008.
