Description of Work: Our air conditioner went out and All-Temp was here within an hour. They had to order a new coil and it was delivered & installed the next day. The men were very nice & professional! They did an EXCELLENT job & we would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a/c repairs!

+ -1 moreBy far the worst compnay in HUntsville!!!!! There are too many companies that are better. Even if there cheaper, beware!
Description of Work: This company is the most dishonest company I have ever used. BE WARNED!! My air conditioner was not cooling. I called them on Friday to charge the air. First the woman I talked to was rude. She made it sound as though she was doing me a favor by adding me at the end of the day. That should have been a my first clue. They showed at straght up 5. They rushed because they had plans that evening. Within a hour I had no cool air. At least before I had some cool air. I called them and they told me if they came out they would cost double. I couldn't believe it. I called another person. They came out and fixed it in fifteen minutes. The guys were in such a hurry to go out, they didn't connect something and the freon leaked out. I refused to pay Baker, now they are threatening me. If anyone does get sued by them, and you can reach me through Angies list, I will testify on your behalf.

+ -1 moreBaker Services HVAC Inc is one of the Worst AC companies here in huntsville.I was given a time in the morning for a install but they dint show up till the afternoon so had to waist a day waiting on them.When they finaly got to the site they dint bring everything with them and had to run back to get the items.There was 2 guys who just stood around while another worked.Every time I looked outside they were on their cell phones or just joking around.The install was not done rite and I had to call another company in to fix their work. Baker services basicaly waisted my time and money. Its better to look at the other AC companies for better pricing and hier quality tecs as these tecs dint realy care about the job they did.
Description of Work: Was a install of a new AC condenser and service of the other parts.

+ -1 moreI WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. MAKE THEM PUT EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND GET A SECOND ESTIMATE.
Description of Work: After 2 visits and over 4 hours and over $500.00 my unit was still not fixed. A friend from Houston came up and fixed it in 30 minutes, and had no problems since.
