All-Temp is the best! My Trane unit went out after 36 years. Dwayne and his entire crew were knowledgeable and professional! This was an all day job and I’m so pleased with the results, new outside unit as well as the inside parts!

We had a unit out at our commercial building in Huntsville, was told someone would be there the next day. I had to call them at 1:00pm the next day and ask them what was going on and then was hung up on by them from their secretary, very unproffessional and horrible follow up and service, will never use again.

The All Temp Team did an exceptional job of responding to and coming up with professional solutions to the noise and condensation issues. The office staff is always willing to help with both scheduling appointments and also working in non-scheduled appointments if an emergency. The field service staff provides exceptional customer service while having years of experience and the business owners stand behind the systems they sell and always follow thru with commitments made to their customers.

Duane Bradley and crew did an exceptional job replacing both my heating and air conditioning system along with the ductwork/damper system.  They started the job on time, were very professional and completed the job on schedule.  They also sized and selected the most efficient equipment for the entire job while answering all my questions along the way.  They cleaned up the entire work site after they were done leaving it in better shape than they found it.  All Temp provided the best service I have ever had and is committed to being there should any adjustments or future needs arise.

We had had another local a/c company come to our house to check the unit. They told us that we needed a whole new system. We contacted All Temp for a second opinion. Duane came to our house and had it fixed in 30minutes. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely  use him again.

All Temp is the best.  We needed a whole new HVAC system and contacted several companies in our area for quotes.  Most of them were like dealing with used car salesmen trying to sell us things we did not need and even trying to get us to replace our good metal duct work with the plastic stuff.  Then we found All Temp!  These guys are great.  We dealt with the owner Duane and he was wonderful.  Prompt, polite, and great to talk to he was a blessing to us.  Not only was the price right, but the system he sold us has saved us a great deal on our electric bill!  We are so very pleased.  They have also come back, at no charge, to continue to adjust the dampers in the system as we needed them.  instead of getting rid of our metal duct work (which they say is the best) they repaired as part of the installation the pieces that needed it.  We also use these guys exclusively for our work place now too!  You cannot go wrong with All Temp.  They are honest, dependable, hard working, fair, prompt, and integrity is important to them.  In my opinion, they are the best!

A/C quit working on Sunday afternoon. Duane (co-owner) responded within 30 minutes and arrived to fix the problem within an hour of my call - very reasonable price-prompt.
