The company was quick to respond and get someone out to look at the problem. Jim, the repair tech, was professional and responsive. On the occasions when work was going to be performed at the shop, and I was told I would get a call regarding the results of their efforts, I felt the communication could have been better. Each time I expected a call the following day and each time the return call was two days later. To be fair, Jim never said I would get a call the following day, so the problem may have just been my expectation.
They seem to be truly interested in repair, not just replacing parts. While that is refreshing, it our case it delayed completion of the repair. The job has been completed and the washer is working fine. I would definitely use them again.

Jim was great called to notify me he was running late, arrived in the time period he stated, checked out both appliances and ordered part for the dishwasher, we arranged another date/time to install the part. Excellent experience with this company would use again.
