After the deposit was received they ordered the glass. Because of the cold we had it took longer than expected to get the glass installed. I called them weekly for 2 weeks to check on the status. Once the weather warmed and they caught up with the orders; they called and attempted to install between bigger jobs- but we unfortunately were not available. A date was locked in and they arrived on time. The installer had no major issues removing the old glass and installing them. Would have referred a mat to be placed in the tub to cover the surface, but the installer cleaned the area well after completion. The windows look good and they appear to be resealed.
