window cleaning
+ -1 moreWe're not happy with the fact that Dwight doesn't come himself and hires sloppy assistants. The last time they cleaned, some pegs were missing upstairs from our screens and he's so busy he sometimes doesn't return calls for weeks. He used to be better but we are not going to use him anymore because the work has become so sloppy.
Description of Work: Dwight or his assistants have been coming periodically to clean our windows for 20 years; we have a two-story house.
