When I spoke with the agent she said she would be able to call me back the next day with a quote for homeowner's and auto insurance. She didn't call back so I called her two days later and she was very rude and complained about the volume of work that she had. She promised to call me back that afternoon but never did. Wouldn't recommend this agency. Plenty of others in the area who offer much better customer service.
