ViperTech Mobile Carpet Cleaning

Horrible service. I chose ViperTech based on the decent reviews and price. However, I regret doing so. Andrew, was incredibly unprofessional. After they completed the service I had to follow-up the following day because they completely missed a portion of my stairs and I politely asked for them to come to resolve. Andrew claimed that he’d reached out to the owner and would call me back. Instead, he blocked my number. I ended up having to reach out via the site to get a response. He said that someone would be out the following Monday at 9:30a but no one ever came. Additionally, in my original inquiry I’d asked if the service would include deodorizing of the carpet and was told yes. I even asked the gentleman who cleaned the carpet and he said yes. I soon realized they never deodorized the carpet and was told it wasn’t included. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reputable company.

It was awful!! The carpet looks okay but not great but the upholstery of the 2 chairs don't even look as if they were cleaned. To make matters worse they said they would come out and redo the chairs and never showed nor called. When I called to see what happened a guy named Andrew hung up the phone in my face. I called right back thinking it was an accident but he had transferred the called to an automated voice messaging system. I then tried to reach them via their online chat from their website and it showed I would be chatting with Andrew. As I was typing the chat disconnected (I'm pretty sure he did it on purpose). Also the company never provided a receipt. When I called on july 6th to ask why my mother wasn't provided a receipt the guy claims they email them and it shows it was emailed to my mother which is untrue because he doesn't even know her email address and didn't ask for it so it's impossible for him to have emailed it. They are extremely unprofessional.

They do our carpet cleaning for us before we moved out our old house. Overall, they were good. On the professionalism, they were good. They did just part of the home. It didn't take them that long, I think they were done in an hour.
