Vestpro Residential Property Management

As managers for our investment property, Vestpro has done an excellent job and are a pleasure to work with.  Without their expertise, we would not be willing or able to invest in rental properties in the Houston area.  Their renovation team does an outstanding job and performs necessary repairs when needed.  They respond immediately to any problem that arises, with a staff that is competent, trustworthy, and dependable.  Vestpro definitely takes the “worry” out of owning investment property since they are exceptional in their field.  They are the sole reason we have continued to purchase additional properties!!!

Mike and Kim are a 1-2 punch for all your Property Management needs.  Me and my brother are absentee investors and Vestpro manages 5 of our Houston-area properties.  Kim is a real estate professional and does lightning fast lease-ups with quality tenants.  Mike is the "muscle" and manages ongoing tenant relations, rent collections, property inspections, etc.  Their employees - Stacy and Troy - are experts in their respective trades too.  I trust Vestpro because they're extremely knowledgeable about the North Houston real estate market and they too, own several properties so they empathize with investors like us.
