I found this entry on Angie's List and then had a recommendation from a friend.  I spoke with Mr. Smith on a Friday and he was there on Monday to service my 18-year-old air conditioner.  He did not try to sell me a new one, but I asked for an estimate since the unit was so old.  He called the next day with an estimate on new air conditioner and new heater. I decided to go ahead with the whole project rather than have the unit go out in the middle of the summer.  Mr. Smith and his crew showed up promptly on the scheduled day.  They completed the job in a little over three hours and cleaned up completely.  They were professional but very personable and friendly.

We had already replaced the downstairs unit. This unit was leaking badly, so we decided to replace it as well. He has always been very easy to work with. He comes the next morning, if not the same day. He is pretty straightforward. My husband usually checks different prices, and he finds them to be honest. They put quality products in.

The first time Mr. Smith came over, it was on a Saturday afternoon and he found that the problem I had was just a clogged drain. Another company tried to get me to buy a whole new system! Mr. Smith wouldn't even take money for what he did the first time. He came over again later to install the new compressors and he was very honest and fair about everything. He was very efficient and I have confidence in him. I highly recommend using him. He is just wonderful!

TL Smith did an excellent job installing my air conditioner. They knew what they were doing, showed up on time, and were professional, polite, and caring. I haven't had any trouble with my air conditioner, and I have referred them to other people. I trust them, and believe they are a reputable company.
