The contract for the fence was through Lowe's Home Improvement. Texas Turnkey Installation was the contractor assigned to the job. This project was begun in early August of 2018 and is still not complete. The quality of the completed work is horrible and materials were picked up by Texas Turnkey and never delivered to our home. Our landscaping was trampled and is now nonexistent. Security lighting was stepped on, broken and pushed into the ground. Gates are sagging after several months and will not lock. construction does not meet code.

The two guys who came out were awesome. They were very respectful when talking to my wife and carefully explained why they had to run the fence a little differently than we expected and that our gate needed to be on the opposite side from where we wanted. They are true professionals and we will definitely use them when we are ready to build a deck. The fence looks fantastic.

I have 1 window that leaks like a sieve. I have water running down my walls every time it rains..like now. They refused to repair it so I have to get another window installed for an ungodly rate of $750... Since they're Pella!

They refused to fix it!

I didn't fault them for the mistake, just for refusing to fix it!

The two Installers did a quick and clean job removing the old door and moulding.  They carefully removed the inside moulding so it could be reused.  The existing door opening was not square, and the old door had never closed tightly.   So they had to carefully shim the new door so it was square in the opening and closed smoothly.  They installed the new door perfectly and reused the existing lockset and box strike, which was new.  They also carefully removed and reinstalled the alarm wire and sensor. They installed the storm door and new outside molding, including a large pressure-treated bottom sill piece since they needed it to help support the new storm door - the old opening was never set up for a storm door.  The bottom piece had to be secured to the slab with concrete fasteners.    The new storm door was installed and carefully set up to automatically close properly.  The inside moulding was reinstalled - it looked as good as when they took it off.  They explained how the new doors worked together - very air-tight, so the inside door had to be pushed securely closed the last 1/2 inch as air was trapped in between due to the air tight installation of both doors.  They took about 3 hours for the whole job including a short break.  All in all and excellent job.
