Furniture - Sales
Placed an order back in 6/5/14 and I'm still waiting for my dining table and desk. Never received a call to inform me of the furniture being back order. The managers give you the round a round and nothing gets solve in a timely manner. I trusted this people and now I have no furniture. Still waiting for Amir (manager) to call me back.

Furniture - Sales
Delivery was backordered, but they never called to tell us. Crew finally arrived to assemble furniture. Had to ask them repeatedly not to drag furniture on my hardwood floors. I had to disassemble their work to correct numerous problems. Had to take several chairs to his shop to get uneven chair legs fixed. Had to clean up their mess. Had to spend 2 hours buffing the scuffs out of my hardwood floors. Discussed issues with Amir, manager. He was completely unresponsive, just kept telling me he gave me a good price and I should just be happy. Refused to ever discuss the problems I had with his crew.
