Central A/C - Gas - Install
We hired Texas Comfort Systems to install a new HVAC system in June 2025. Within a week, it leaked and damaged our garage. The owner blamed ?old ductwork,? even though the leak came from an area that had never leaked before. When the system failed again, he denied warranty coverage on a recorded call without inspecting it. After we posted a review, they retaliated by uploading interior photos of our home without consent ? including a garage photo where my minor child?s underwear was visible. That photo was removed after we demanded it, but unrelated ones (like dirty filters) stayed up. They even changed their Yelp profile photo to an attic picture from our home. We then received a cease and desist threatening legal action ? but no legal steps followed. A third-party HVAC technician later confirmed serious installation flaws. We?ve retained legal counsel and are preparing to litigate under the DTPA. If this happened to you, please reach out.

Jesse showed up late in the evening within an hour of me calling in for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained my options. His installers were out the next day to replace my outside condenser. He used every option available to save me money where he could. While it was an expensive repair, it was way less than other estimates I received. We had air conditioning back up and running in less than 24hrs. His installers did a professional job and did not leave anything behind when they left. Texas Comfort Systems will be who I call for all of my future air conditioning needs and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

The technician arrived for free estimate on time and assessed quickly. Contacted via e-mail next day with a quote. Answered several questions through e-mail. I forwarded an acceptance of the quote on week later and set up delivery and installation 2 days later. Technicans, etc. were on time and worked quickly and had unit up and running in approx. 8 hours which was stated in initial visit.
The technician gave me the product I wanted and is working fine and saving me money.
