The install seem to be fine until water started leaking into the secondary pan. The configuration of the condensate drain prevents me from changing the air filter. Moises told me on his last visit that the unit was missing a part he needed to order, he would be back in a couple of days. He was a no show, so I called and scheduled an appointment and again a no show. Does not return calls. I called Lennox and they said the unit would have been shipped with all the parts needed for my configuration.
There was an air flow problem to one room that they came and addressed, but charged me for parts which should have been included in the original price for the zoned system I purchased.
My unit continues to leak and I get no response from Moises at Texstar.
