Super pleased I chose Showcase for my flooring needs. Not only is the product outstanding but everyone we interacted with was as well. Very professional. They took extra care and time to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They worked with me in installing some home theater upgrades below the flooring! The quality of installation was phenomenal!! They really do great work. Zero regrets. Raised my home value and it is modern and elegant.

We had a pretty large and complex flooring job completed by Showcase this week (we have a two year old and needed to disrupt his sleeping patterns as little as possible and we had hardwood floors already in part of the house we needed to match with the flooring we had put down) and they did an unbelievable job in making it all work.  From the estimate to the finishing touches on the job, everyone we came in contact with from Showcase was meticulous in making sure all our questions and concerns were answered, the work was done to an extremely high standard, and the work was done as if they were working in their own home.  I was pleasantly surprised how little I had to clean up after the workers left.  Our neighbors had flooring done by a competing company and they left the house a mess.  Not with Showcase!  It was immaculate after they finished, everything put back to where it was before, and they didn't leave until we were happy.
After just going through a flooring job in our house, I understand the concerns it can create.  These concerns were all for naught as Showcase delivered an extremely pleasant experience and product.  I HIGHLY recommend them for all your flooring needs.

Everything went smoothly from discussions with sales rep through installation and replacement of furniture. In the past, I have used them for installation of tile in kitchen, breakfast nook, guest bath, and laundry. A year or two later they installed tile in 2 additional bathrooms and then in 2012 they installed the hardwood. I plan on using them again to install new carpeting in secondary bedrooms.

They are on time, professional, and a wonderful company to do business with.

We had all the carpet upstairs and on the stairs removed and tile in the bathrooms removed. During our in-home estimate, we told Clif that one bedroom severely sloped toward the door, we had creaky stairs and the tile in the bathroom was cracked and the grout was coming up. Clif suggested that perhaps the original install when the home was built had no backer board. Jose and the crew came on a Tuesday and ripped out everything, installed new tile and leveled the bedroom. They also screwed down creaky boards. By the end of the day on Wednesday everything was finished. The carpet is gorgeous and the pad luxurious. The tile job and the grout color Clif and the girls picked out is perfect. When we noticed a small divot in the grout, Clif came out on Sunday to fix it. No complaints here! Love our upstairs. Now we're saving to get the first floor done!

The entire experience exceeded expectations. Cliff, the proprietor, gave us good advice as to the best carpet for our needs--which actually saved us some money. Their prices (we shopped) were right on par with the big box stores. He also measured so carefully that was very little wastage.
The installation was highly professional. (the foreman was Jose). The crew was workmanlike--efficient, but not hurried. Based on my last carpet installation, I expected some household damage, but there was none. They did not scrape-up the baseboards nor scuff walls with incoming or outgoing carpet. When they left, the house was spotless.
Notable:
1) Our staircase has a compound-curve carpeted landing that requires skill and artistry to cover. Our old job looked crummy for the last 15 years. Now it looks perfect.
2) Once the old carpet was removed one of the guys hunted-down any squeaks on the 2nd floor and stairways and fixed them with extra long wood screws. Nice touch.
3) The seams are virtually invisible. I did not know that was possible.
4) The only thing I would do differently is upgrade to a much heavier pad because it makes the feel much more luxurious and extends the life. However, we are selling the house soon and the new owners may well tear-out this carpet, so we did not spend more for a better pad.

Installed wooden floors in master bedroom and replaced carpeted stair treads and risers on stairway with solid wood treads and solid wood landings that matched the installed wooden floors. This is the second time we have used this contractor and we are very pleased again with the quality of his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a broad assortment of high quality flooring products; competitive pricing; and stellar craftmanship.

The tile and hardwood installation was very well done. The carpet install was poorly done. When the carpet was installed in my master bedroom there was a small leak in my piping in the closet and the installers didn't say anything. They just laid the carpet. They must have removed wet carpet. When I was putting my belongings back I noticed the new carpet was wet. It turned out that I had a slow leak from a pipe behind the wall. When I told the owner of showcase carpets she said it was from my pets and she would not replace the carpet. I should have known because she was a royal pain the entire time from the beginning to the end. I will never use showcase carpets again.

Showcase Carpets and Floors are phenomenal. My floors still look to this day, 2 years later, looked fantastic. They did a great job, very professional and everything they said they were going to do, they did. They were wonderful.

Crew was punctual and did a good job. I would use again and recommend to others.

Showcase Carpet and Floor installed top quality tile in my home. I feel that they did an excellent job at tearing out the old vinyl flooring. The installation was done last year with no problems so far and the floor looks beautiful. I think the company did a good job of cleaning up the mess and disposing of the old vinyl flooring.

Showcase Carpets and Floors did great work for us, and we are very pleased with it. We set up a time for them to come out, and they showed up on schedule. It took very little time for them to replace the section of carpet, and it looks like it was there from the start. The corners they repaired were excellently done, and the carpet is now very stable in those corners. The crew was very polite and respectful inside of our home. We will use them for any issues in the future with our carpet.
