Kenneth reached out to me about issues I had with the initial contractor. He offered his services to repair/replace the existing issues. He showed up to give an estimate and start time. On the day and time of the agreed upon start, he no called, no showed. I had to contact him to ask if he was going to show up or not. He stated that he was caught up at another job and could he show up the following day. I agreed. He was supposed to demo out and install decorative tile in our shower as the initial contractor installed decorative tile that exposed the drywall. While the decorative tile was replaced, the grout he used was not the same color, had holes and cracks and was not sealed. He was supposed to remove all of the unnecessary silicon in the shower corners. This was not done. He removed and re-installed the frameless shower glass but did not seal it, leaving gaps. He sent a contactor to repatch and texture the hall ceiling. The contractor showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning and then told us that he could not match the texture, and then requested payment. We told him that we had already paid Kenneth. The contractor left. On Sunday after church, we come home to find a contractor's van parked in the middle of our driveway. My mother-in-law is handicapped and uses a wheelchair. The contractor's van prevented us from parking in our driveway. He then proceeded to repatch and texture the hall ceiling. Unfortunately, he took our paint to go match it and never returned. I have called, texted, emailed and Facebooked Kenneth to come out and warranty his work. He has refused. I filed a complaint with the BBB which he has refused to respond. He even went so far as to use my master bathroom as a "shout out remodel job" on his personal Facebook page. When I called him to the carpet for it, he immediately deleted it and blocked me. I have requested a partial/half refund as only half of the work was done. Still no response. Terrible workmanship and shoddy work. I have attached pics.
