Mark was incredibly sloppy, kept asking for advances on his balance, performed extremely poor quality. All tile must be removed and re-done by another vendor. Plumbing fixtures not installed properly. Permanent ''haze'' left on entire shower tile area. The drain clogs up. He put grout down the drain I had to call ARS to unclog all drains which overflowed in both bathrooms and commodes. Left HUGE mess in the bathrooms. Broke my brass towel bar. Dripped grout and tile debris over entire driveway and my truck. Scratched wood entry floor when removing bathtub. Used MY wood from garage without asking. Used my tools & mixed cement in MY wheelbarrow. Uneven placement & depth of Tile/mortar. H/C handles not installed properly - they keep going around and around and is difficult to shut off. Locked himself out of bathroom & broke screen to window to try to get back in. Did not complete sheetrock behind wall of shower - left everything in a huge mess.
