Came out and checked every day to make sure that the fans were doing the proper job. The used advanced tools to check to make sure the work was being done. Brent K was very courteous and professional. They had to make a hole in the wall/ceiling to do further drying. Very happy overall.
Description of Work: Put in 8 fans and a dehumidifier to help dry water damage from AC leak.

THEY RIPPED THE CARPET RIGHT OFF THE STAIRCASE, INSTEAD OF JUST LIFTING IT UP AND REMOVING IT. THE GUYS WHO CAME OUT WERE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID MORE DAMAGE THAN THEY DID GOOD. WATER WAS IN PLACES THAT THEY DIDN'T FIND, WHICH CAUSED MORE DAMAGE. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN ABOUT AN HOUR. THEY BLEW A CIRCUIT BREAKER BY PLUGGING TOO MANY THINGS INTO OUTLETS. IT WAS A COMEDY OF ERRORS, THESE GUYS DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT WAS SO BAD THAT SERVPRO ENDED UP SENDING US A CHECK. THEY DIDN'T ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS WITH DRYING THE ATTIC AND CEILING AREAS. WE WILL HAVE TO REPLACE OUR CARPET NOW AND REPAIR THEIR DAMAGE. THEY ALSO BROKE OUR BRICK PAVERS ON OUR PORCH WHEN LEAVING WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
