Real Estate Service
She came to our house the day after our first call. She has been very involved with our preparations, coming to the house several times over the course of the two weeks or so since we hired her, even spending most of the day here while landscapers were cutting trees and shrubs. We have used several contractors recommended by her, and have been very happy with the price and performance of each of them. Since we will not be here as much of the work is happening and through the listing and sale, it is very important to us to be able to trust her to handle everything, and we do. We will pay at closing, so don't know exactly how much it will be, but her % estimate is lower than some others, despite the incredible amount of time and expertise she has given us.
