Roy came out and appraised the property, gave repairs needed and submitted the form to the lender 2 days late. After repairs were completed, Roy was expedited to return to verify the repairs were completely properly. He agreed to send the report that evening to our lender but did not do so until the next morning. We found out that there was a small simple task not completed on the report and he refused to complete it in a timely manner which pushed our closing date back by 3 days,
