After Hurricane Ike, I went to talk to them, they lived across street from a friend. Ike tore a hole in my roof. Three-story townhouse. They had two guys out there *the next day*. Some people waited 2 weeks. Charged me $1000. They could have asked for $1500. Next, after the Valentine's Day storm 2021, A gutter filled with ice and tore itself off the roof and took some soffit and fascia with it. They came out within days, proposed $950. I accepted on the spot. 40-foot seamless gutter 45 feet in the air (third story/ roof). They did a very neat job.

So they came and gave a quote of $1500 to do the skylights. I gave them $1500 in check. They cut 3 holes in the roof. They asked for another check of $800, gave them. And they asked for more money. I needed to hire another contractor to finish the job and it cost $1800. A few months later this Ramirez Roofing & Siding Inc. filed a Mechanic's lien and attached it to my property. We needed to hire an attorney to have the Mechanic's lien removed. The lawyer from Ramirez Roofing & Siding Inc threatened me that if we lose the trial we would have to pay the legal fee. During the trial, it took less then 20 mins to declare that we are the winner of the case and trial summary of the trial that was reported on July 2nd, 2019 in Harris County Clerk office with case number 1136775. Final judgment recorded Feb. 12,2020. I just don't want other to people to experience what I experienced with them.

I recently contracted with Ramirez Roofing & Siding, Inc. to repair some damaged soffit and facia boards on my home in preparation for the replacement of the roof on my home by another contractor. Ramirez Roofing & Siding was recommended to me by one of my other contractors and the day of that recommendation was my lucky day. Carlos Ramirez came out to the house, inspected it, and provided a bid for the work at a fair price that was confirmed by a general contractor friend of mine. His crew was neat and efficient, and the work was accomplished without a hitch.
