I have been dealing with Rainbow Pest Control for approx. 20 years. Jerry and his staff in the field have always been professional and on time. Can't stress enough about the on time. In this day and age of 4 hour windows, they give you a two hour window and will then set up the appointment for a specific hour. They have never been late, in fact, if it is raining they are early because they can't do the exterior of the house until after the rain lets up. They come back and do the exterior once the rain has stopped.
They are friendly and professional. Their office staff is equally wonderful and there is no stress dealing with them. Can't sing their praises enough.

They usually come once a month. They are usually very professional and on time and their rates are reasonable. Their responsiveness and punctuality is very good. The guy who comes out is nice.

We've been with Bud for 15-20 years. They're very thorough and knowledgeable, and very professional. He always takes his shoes off at the door. They are incredibly pleasant and always does a good job.

Rainbow does good work. I have them out quarterly and have used them for years.
