PERRY HOMES

Perry Builders showed us the spec homes and followed up promptly with prices and move in dates. They were able to explain specific details about the warranties and the construction. The move in was scheduled as soon as the paper work was finished and the walk through was completed; the sales representative was very efficient. There were minor touch ups that were completed and the house is absolutely beautiful.

Perry does an excellent job of keeping us involved in all aspects from planning the intermediate inspections to the interior finishing. They always asked us what we thought and our suggestions were more than welcome. The list of things to be done when we moved in was next to nothing and the few things like wallpaper and window screens they got taken care of pronto. It was a wonderful experience.

They did a great job as far as what we can tell. We only have been in our new home for a short time and everything seems to be holding up good. All the appliances are brand name and operate great and the structure seems to be fine. We loved the look we got from Perry and they have built the majority of homes in this area. I have never heard anyone complain about any of the work that they do, as I do not have a complain either.
