Family owned & operated since 2001. However, Kevin has been in the business since 1992 and is a master cleaning technician with the IICRC. Kevin has served on the carpet inspector standards committee and on the carpet cleaning standards committee to help rewrite both of those documents. He also serves on numerous committees at the IICRC as well as being the Chairman of the Certified Firm Committee and serving on the Board of Directors of the IICRC since 2011. Kevin is also on the Board of Directors of the Professional Cleaning and Restoration Alliance.

I contacted Mr. Pearson for a price quote to clean two (2) area rugs; one, a small rug at the front door, and the other, a 16 foot long hall rug. Mr. Pearson quoted a fair price, and rather than paying extra for pick-up and delivery, I simply rolled up the rugs and took them to his shop. He told me that the work would take 3-5 days, but he wound up needing a little extra time; I had no problem with that. I picked up the rugs when they were ready, and when I unrolled them, I was very pleased with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Pearson picked up the rugs in 2 different batches. Held them until the remodeling was completed and returned them in perfect shape.

Family owned, Very professional and very fast service. Suppose to clean 2 rooms and it was not big enough so they cleaned another room. Great customer service.

The arrived on time to pick up the rugs. They had to move a lot of furniture and were very careful with anything breakable. After rolling up the carpet, they replaced all of the furniture. when they returned the rugs, the dye in the area that had been repaired previously had washed away. Without even asking, Mr. Pearson stated he would take the carpet back to the repair man and have him redye the area at no cost. These people are always on time, professional and very friendly.

Son & dtr in law were going to throw rug away. I liked rug, so I went to Pearson to see what it would cost to get it cleaned. I took rug to their facility. Their facility was neat and clean and organized. AFTER seeing rug cleaned, I asked about preventative of future dirt retention. They offered to apply stuff like scotchguard. Looked good. They did NOT do anything I did not request. Wonderful service at good reasonable price. Definitely worth it to me.

Called on Monday afternoon and received a call back to set up an appointment for the next day. Technician showed up on time, carpet was measured, and an price was given on the spot. Good price and work was completed as promised (no hidded fees). Carpet looks fantastic! I will definitely use Pearson's in the future.

They were a local company and we liked them a lot. We had a lot of damage from the hurricane back in the year 2008 and they cleaned our rugs as well as carpets. They did a very good job and they were reasonably priced. They were ten by fourteen rugs and they were big rugs that were made out of hundred percent wool.They are someone who have to be on Angie's List. Their price was half compared to some of the other estimates that I got. They were very friendly and very prompt. They were very straight forward about what they would do and how they would do it. They did not use some of the chemicals as it would leave things behind. They were not claiming to be the cheapest but they were fair priced. They were a family owned business and were very honest. They took care of everything and I did not have any follow up problem at all. They picked up the rugs, took them away and brought them back in the timeline that they had promised. I don't expect people to be the cheapest or do things that are above and beyond or be amazing. I just expect them to do their job correctly and do what they say that they are going to do. Nothing makes me happy than when they perform and do what they say that they would do which was what they did.

They did what they said they would. They used a preservative or something to do the job and didn't try to push anything. They did an excellent job compared to other places. They were very reasonable when compared to replacing the rugs. They called me after the work was done.
