Not well.  House didn't seem fresh when they were done.  The mirrors were streaky in the bathrooms.  Microwave was not cleaned on the inside.  Counter tops in kitchen not all cleaned, glass cooktop streaky.  when I re-mopped the floors they were not clean either.  Window sills not wiped down.

They don't follow a list. We clean better than they do. They don't do what we ask them to. In fact, we no longer have a contract with them. They are over priced. And like I said, the quality is not good.

Now, their staff is friendly. Their staff is extremely friendly. I'm not going to say its horrible work because they do the bare minimum. Like if we asked them to dust our mantel, they don't do that. We've asked them to dust the fans, they don't do that. They get the big stuff no problem. Its the smaller details, even though its on our list! They did not get those. And we gave them a list!

They were there for a couple hours at the most. They didn't do anything extra. And when we called and complained they said they would watch them. That's great. I'm glad they said that. But they would come back and do it right one time and then they would go back to what they were doing.

The cleaners would come in and be professional about what they were doing, they just weren't good at it.
