Lowe's Companies Inc - Humble

Everything was fine. Sometimes they are cheaper, sometimes other stores are cheaper.

I thought the price was very cheap because we had a lot of windows in that room. I cannot say anything bad about them. They are wonderful. When I contact them for blinds or change windows, they are always professional. If there is anything wrong, you just call them, and they will send out people in time. These people will let us know when they are coming. They always come in time, and they exactly do what they say they are going to do. I have no complaints about them. They really know what they are doing. The quality of their work is very good.

My experience with them was pretty good but the price that they charged was high. We called them and they came right away. They first gave me a price and then the price that they quoted the second time was different. I talked to my husband about that. We weren’t happy with that but the rest of it was good. The first quote was $2000 and then it was a little bit different the second time. It may have been a mistake that the service guy made but I am not sure. They came out and changed everything. It took like three hours to finish everything. However, the people were really good since they did a good job. I felt that the price could have been better. I then called another company and they told me that the price is a little bit lower than what Lowes quoted. They were on time and were very professional too. I might use their services again in the future.

Very easy transaction. Ordered over phone and went to store to pay. Subcontractor plumber called to set installation time and was on time. When he crawled up in the attic, he found the water heater I purchased was too tall for the space. I wasn't aware of the tallness; only gallons. He immediately called the store, found one and re-routed his en-route partner to pick it up. The Lowe's Installation Manager even showed up at my house to make sure everything was OK as the plumbers were finishing. The plumbers they used (Streamline Plumbing 281-454-5325) were awesome. The replacement water heater turned out to cost less than what I paid, and Lowe's issued an immediate credit with a phone call from Heinz, the Installation Manager, to make sure I was happy. This is why I love Lowe's. I've ordered other appliances that needed to be installed from them and it's always been easy and worry free. When you find something that works, stick with it.

Lowe's hired a subcontractor in which they did a pretty good job all around. The carpet looks great which is what really matters to us. We had a huge choice of selections and the carpet is a good quality product. The installation went pretty smooth and they guys were very nice. They did make sure that they cleaned up their mess. The carpeting is all laid properly and we don't have any complaints.
